If you have placed an order or are considering placing an order please take note of our policies set out below regarding payment, returns & exchanges. We hope you are delighted with our designs and services and look forward welcoming you back.

a. Your order will be placed with Innocenza Lifestyle Ltd t/as TRUFFLE Registered in England & Wales No: 5860324, VAT Registration No: 899 2319 67.

b. For ready-to-wear designs order acceptance is subject to a 100% pre-payment. We accept cash, paypal & all major credit & debit cards.

c. For made-to-order designs order acceptance is subject to a 100% payment on order. This is non-refundable should you decide to cancel your order before completion.

d. For made-to-measure and bespoke designs (any product order incorporating tailored, specific fitting or exclusive design services) is subject to a 50% deposit (non-refundable) and 50% payment before shipping.

e. We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice in perfect condition within the quoted time. Our Delivery charges are FREE for delivery addresses within the Congestion Charge Zone and Canary Wharf (a "London Address"). For all deliveries elsewhere in the UK and internationally, deliveries are by registered post free of charge. Should you require express shipping a carriage contribution of £10 will be added to your order. All purchases are insured by us while in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your delivery, please email us at info@truffledesign.com and we will track your delivery for you. If your order will not be delivered within the timeframe specified at ordering we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible.

f. All prices indicated are inclusive of V.A.T at the current rate and are quoted in pounds sterling.

g. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order we will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Client satisfaction is our top priority.

h. Unfortunately we do not accept refunds. We will accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt of ready-to-wear designs. The item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in the original packaging. PLEASE NOTE: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We will not accept any item with any indication that it was used.

i. To exchange a ready-to-wear item please email us at info@truffledesign.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, we will contact you to arrange a pick-up. Your new item(s) will be delivered to you following any additional payment which is required and at the same time or following our pick up of your returning package.

j. Due to the personal nature of made-to-order, made-to-measure or any bespoke design services we do not offer returns or exchanges.
