We Require In order for you to receive the highest quality service tailored to your preferences, we need to know your name, email address, unique client number, preferred delivery address/es, contact phone numbers, profession, lifestyle, date of birth and where applicable measurements/colouring/budgets required for any of our concierge services.

Secure Data Storage

Your Personal details are stored by TRUFFLE - Innocenza Lifestyle Ltd t/as in accordance with the strict security procedures required by European Law. Your Payment Details are stored temporarily by TRUFFLE - Innocenza Lifestyle Ltd t/as for the sole purpose of processing your order, after which they are deleted. Your Payment Details may also be checked with credit agencies to prevent fraud. Where there is a legal obligation to do so, we may disclose your Payment Details to any relevant regulatory body.

Protecting our Clients

Upon placing an order we will send you a confirmatory email with details of your order, your preferred delivery address details & your preferred payment method with instructions on how to make the payment. If you need to change any details following receiving the order confirmation please contact us on info@truffledesign.com quoting your order number, your unique client number and the changes to be made.

Third Party Companies

For delivery of orders your name, address & telephone details will be passed on to our courier service in order for them to process your orders as swiftly as possible. TRUFFLE often teams with third party companies to offer clients exclusive gifts & promotions. We will use your email address to notify you of news, events, gift and promotion offers which we feel are relevant to you. Your personal details will, under no circumstance unless authorised by you, will be passed on to any third party company. If at any time you do not wish to receive email alerts please contact us on info@truffledesign.com and we will remove you from our database. Finally we may use your details internally to conduct marketing & demographic studies to monitor client patterns so we can consistently improve our services and better meet our client's needs.

Changing Your Personal Information

If for any reason you are concerned the information stored with TRUFFLE - Innocenza Lifestyle Ltd t/as is not correct only you alone can request any changes to be made. Please email your changes to info@truffledesign.com reference TRUFFLE Client Services Department from the email address held in our database. We will amend your personal details.
